Over 3500 new believers in one weekend !!

I am lost for words to try and explain what happened in Ranipet over these three nights. There was a real air of expectancy from the 100 or more pastors who supported the healing and deliverance festival, the first in many years. They had already watched the video of last year’s awesome breakthrough in Tirutanni and seen thousands surrendering their lives to Jesus in a Hindu stronghold.
Now it was their turn ! In the prayer and preparation meeting many of them experienced for themselves a powerful touch of the Holy Spirit and God moved on them bringing tears of compassion for the many who they would be praying for and personally following up in the weeks ahead. Many experienced a fresh anointing and sovereignly dropped to the floor under the heavy presence of God.
From the first day we knew the prayer cover was intact and our friends in England, Russia, USA, Kenya, Uganda and other parts of India had already gained a breakthrough.
The first night was powerful with over 150 responding to the gospel out of 3500 to 4000 predominantly Hindu village people, many of whom had walked up to 20 kilometres to be with us. The anointing was very heavy and as we began to pray for healing and different needs, a large number began to surge towards the stage for a fresh touch from heaven. With a tight security team and my friends Russell, Alan, and Frank assisting me I personally prayed for hundreds on stage and almost all were deeply touched and overwhelmed by the Holy Spirit. Many received instant deliverance from demonic oppression. The testimonies are still coming through of what actually happened.
Saturday was electric, with high faith levels and a much bigger crowd of around 6000. I challenged everybody to a total surrender to Jesus telling them that He was the answer to all of their needs. I was totally shocked to have the whole crowd respond and pray out loud a declaration to surrender to Jesus and follow Him wholeheartedly. This was definitely not a ‘hands up for Jesus’ meeting ! It was a serious commitment, and we now have over 3500 names and addresses of those who prayed that prayer and have asked for a personal visit from a local pastor and follow up. This was followed up with another awesome time of ministry as pastors, believers, Hindus, non believers and agnostics were deeply impacted by a sovereign touch of the Holy Spirit. The anointing was so heavy on stage that many dropped to the ground spontaneously at least 10 feet away without any personal contact.
We have since heard that three deaf people were able to hear, one for the very first time in their life, having been deaf from birth ! A full report is being put together but, of significance, is a total healing from a thyroid problem and a tumour in the stomach area.
It all started again early on Sunday morning at the two main church services in Ranipet and Tirutanni, about an hours drive away. The first church in Ranipet looked like a bulldozer had driven through it. Almost everybody received a touch from heaven and many more were saved and immediately baptised with the Holy Spirit as we prayed for them. I felt bad running straight out to go to the next church but they were already there, patiently waiting, hungry and excited.
The Tirutanni service was another of those unforgettable times when the Holy Spirit moved powerfully on around 40 children aged 3 to 14 years. The children were lost in worship and God touched them powerfully with many weeping, interceding and experiencing visions under the anointing.
We finished on Sunday night with another powerful move of God in salvation, healing and deliverance on a crowd of around 7000. We lost count of numbers as we were so busy ministering to individuals.
These are truly amazing times and I feel so privileged to see with my own eyes the ‘Spirit of Revival’ sweeping through these remote towns and regions in India.
